There is a communal kitchen-diner with a small work-desk area, 2 small living rooms, a utility room with 3 fridge-freezers and washing and drying facilities. The rooms are spread out over 3 storeys.

There is a small communal terrace patio area outside.

A cleaner comes to the property once a week to clean communal areas but each tenant is responsible for their own bedrooms and bathrooms.

Located in central Grantham, the property is within walking distance of a number of supermarkets, shops, restaurants, pubs and the hospital so it's a great location. For example within a 3 minute walk there is the local super market Lidl (0.2 miles), there is also an Asda within
a 4 minute walk (0.25 miles). The High Street is equally as accessible within a 5 minute walk (0.3 miles).

Please note there is no parking available with this property. However, close by is a public carpark where you can get a 6 month pass.
