The room has a new 2-person sofa bed (4-foot wide) , a "Bistro" dining table and chairs, a fitted wardrobe and a chest of drawers.

There is space for a computer desk and chair, or a similar piece of furniture. Alternatively It would be possible to fit a single bed in the room ( if the successful applicant prefers to use the sofabed as a sofa only ).

The private kitchen area has a sink with hot and cold water supplied, a double cooking hob, a microwave cooker, and a fridge. The kitchen area also has its own private washing machine .

The rent includes Council tax, water rates and sewerage charges, central heating, hot water, and wifi.
