Large Double in Fantastic Detached House

Hi I'm Darren,

Sold up in London and moved to Grantham having bought a fantastic large detached house.

The double room is large and a great space with large fitted wardrobe, solid-wood KING-size bed, bedside table, large chest of drawers and a desk and chair.

The bathroom is upmarket and has both a bath and a separate large shower. As my room has it's own en-suite you will therefore be just sharing the bathroom with just the other two people. There is also a separate wc downstairs - so there's nearly a toilet each!

In addition, the House has a large stylish kitchen-dinner including a range cooker, dishwasher along with a washing machine and tumble dryer in the separate utility room, large lounge, and a separate cosy snug with double doors onto the garden, 2 patio areas, garden and driveway. It's also on a cul-de-sac - one of the things I loved about it.

All bills are included (Council Tax, Gas, Electric, Water, Broadband) and there's also a weekly cleaner!

It's fantastically located for Grantham & District Hospital if you work there, the town centre (easy walk or cycle) and the mainline train station.

You must be Strictly a Non-Smoker/Vaper & quiet (e. g. no loud music). There is a shy cat called Olive.

All the current housemates are single so it's just us without partners coming over. There's females and me The room would someone who is single, good with cats and is clean. tidy and quite.
