Lodge with us near Grantham Train Station

Large double bedroom near Grantham Train Station in a Queer family home with a courtyard garden and parking space for one car on our driveway. We are a quiet, ‘work from home’ kind of household and we are past the late night / loud parties stage of our life and instead prefer to cook, do puzzles or crafts, watch movies or go for walks. For now we are looking for a short term lodger, from December 2024 to April 2025. The best fit would probably be a Queer and/or female / non-binary professional in their 30s who wants a short term base in Grantham while they find their feet, get to know the area and wants a nice balance between peace/privacy and some occasional company and a few shared dinners each week.
