North Parade is one of the most desirable streets in Grantham. In terms of location and transport - it is less than 5 minutes walk to the town centre, 10 minutes walk to the train station and the a1 is a 5 minute drive away.

I own the house but work in London so am only there at the weekends (if at all). I am really looking for people who will look after it and treat it as their home. Ideally, I am looking for longer term tenants rather than just a few weeks at a time.
