This is a single small room that is available but the house is good sized. The room is furnished with a small double bed and mattress, and also a small pop-up wardrobe. This is not available for sublet or anything, I do not own the house. This is for a housemate to help pay the bills.
The place has everything you need, a great spacious house in a nice quiet neighbourhood, Come have a look!
Includes: 2 bedrooms, 1 shared bathroom, and shared: lounge, kitchen, conservatory, front and back gardens, driveway, storage/smoking area, attic, shed. Plenty of storage space
Central heating, good wifi, sky with sky sports, ping pong, loads of stuff
Your money will go towards Rent, Council Tax, Electricity, Water, Gas and the TV License

I'm very clean, neat and respectable. I like arts and crafts, and music. I can drive but don't have a car yet, and I cycle to work nearby. The rooms are shared but all food, shopping, toiletries and belongings will be kept to ourselves. House is fully furnished.
Neat and tidy person required and I'd like to meet you first and get to know you a bit before anything is agreed
