SEMI DETACHED HOUSE NOT FLAT
Im an outgoing 50 year old, have no pets and flexible, prefer female but if clean male turns up then ill think about it. Happy to do week days only if you prefer, would like someone who is flexible.

The house is in a quiet cul de sac with no through traffic, there is space for two cars on the drive. I have a dishwasher and washing machine, central heating a large tv and broadband internet too. Fully double glazed and its a clean, fresh place. I will employ a cleaner to do cleaning once a week if i do get a tenant.
