The house is a large terraced located near bus and train station. Walking distance from town centre. All bills included (wifi too) also a cleaner is built into the price.

House is a four bed with modern kitchen and bathroom. All Living, dining
And garden areas are shared.

Currently three young professional females living in the property and a small old friendly dog.

Looking for a friendly, sociable, respectful tenants in need of a short term stay.

£235 per calendar month & for stays over one month there is a deposit of £150. Maximum term of 3 months.

£150 charge for fortnightly stays.
