Two Bedrooms to Let in Hannah (Temporary)

Important: This house is on the market and rooms will be available until the house is sold. Housemates will be given one month's notice prior to sale.

The house is in a rural location with Alford, Mablethorpe and Sutton on Sea providing nearby services. It is about 4 miles from the beach and 3 miles from the nearest shops in Bilsby and Sutton.

There are two en suite furnished bedrooms, both with double beds, functioning TVs and storage areas. All bills are included, with the house being fully central heated. Prices are £60 per week for single occupants and £85 per week for couples sharing the same bedroom.

There will be access to the entire house, including the living room with Sky TV (additional purchases not included) and a log burner, a fully-fitted kitchen with allocated space in the fridge/freezer, the gym (at your own discretion), the dining room with a functioning TV and the spare downstairs bathroom. There is a brand new patio at the back of the house with a large garden and lounging area, and ample car parking past a locked gate. I am also in the process of installing an external CCTV system. Please note that the house does not contain a washing machine or tumble dryer, but there are launderettes in the surrounding towns roughly 3 miles away.

Housemates are welcome to invite guests into the house or garden area, with 24 hours' notice provided and details to be discussed (numbers, time etc).

I work Monday to Friday and am generally a responsible and quiet homeowner. I am easy to get along with but I expect housemates to be clean and tidy.
