Two nice rooms to rent in large victorian house

There are two rooms to rent in my house in Heckington. The property is right in the middle of the village and only a five minute walk to the train station. The two rooms have been recently decorated, beds are brand new as are the carpets and it's a nice place to live. I am about to start a new job and will be living elsewhere most of the time. I would prefer people with a full time job.
