and 1 x single room to rent available to move in now in the centre of Holbeach.

You will have shared access to kitchen, lounge area, reception area and small courtyard garden. Very close to all local amenities.

The rooms come with a bed and mattress, wardrobe and draws. The weekly rent cost will include all bills and WiFi. Please message me for further info.

We are looking for a respectful and clean tenant that will look after our property.

We have a cleaner that cleans the communal areas on a weekly basis and charge a cleaning fee of £5 per week.

The double room has its own en-suite and the single room has a bathroom which is shared with 2 other tenants.

Please note that BOTH rooms are single occupancy only.
