Large en-suite double / triple room

I have a large en-suite triple room for rent in Holbeach. It is a very quiet street. The house is set back from the road so the only noise really is the RAF jets overhead sometimes.

It is a 5 minute walk to the bus stop for either Spalding or Kings Lynn. There is gym, Co-op supermarket, 10 minutes walk away and a big Tesco 15-20 walk.

The room is 20ft x 12ft with a king size bed & mattress with sheets and duvet cover if needed, along with towels, if needed. The room is bright and airy and at the front of the bungalow. There is a driveway for four cars and a garage easily large enough for an X5, Q5 etc.

All bills are included. There is a back garden (table and chairs are in the garage), shared kitchen and living room with me, but I won't be in your way.

There is a second bathroom/shower/toilet, which I use, but if you want a bath, it is not an issue, just use it, you don't need to ask.

I have a washing machine, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, sandwich maker, Nespresso machine, pots pans, plates, bowls, cups, knives, forks - - - everything for a kitchen.

I have put a dining room table and 4 chairs in the room, along with a wardrobe. I do have a second identical wardrobe if needed, The vanity mirror, or anything can be removed. And there is a shoe rack which can hold 9 pairs of shoes approx.

I have an ironing board, 2 irons which you are free to use anytime.

I have put toilet paper, shampoos / conditioners, shower gel and hand soap, and if needs be, you can use my laundry detergent until you can get more settled.

The house is all electric, no gas. Each room can be have the temperature individually regulated/controlled.
The heating in the house is underfloor electric heating. No radiators, no boiler.

The room measures 6m x 3.5m (20ft - 12ft)
Individual room heating.
Private shower and toilet - en-suite.
All pets are welcome - cats, dogs (chihuahua - great dane), snakes, hamsters, rabbits, giraffes ...
Kids are not welcome.
At this moment in time I do not have WiFI, however, this will be rectified imminently.

Single person - £175p/w or £750 p/m
Couple / 2 sharing - £210 p/w - £900 p/m
Students welcome, as long as you are clean.
