About the flat

It’s a two bedroom flat and one bedroom is going out for rent. Spacious room which is fully furnished with a bed, wardrobe, study table and chair, side bed lamp and a cute bed drawer. Just move in with your clothes. There’s a washing machine, dryer , fridge , microwave , TV etc. just sharing the flat with one occupant. Council tax is band B. There’s a bus stop just about 2 minutes away from the house. It’s just about 5 minutes walk to the town center and shops.
