Double room to rent

A double room partly furnished (double bed, chest of Draws and bedside table) with a walk in wardrobe and own bathroom is available to rent within a 3 bed flat situated in Ketton above the railway inn pub. It has a shared living room and kitchen area and access to the flat is through the pub up steep stairs. I am a very laid back individual and looking for a similar person to share the cost of the rent. It has in road parking. I work from home on Fridays and home most evenings, would be suitable for a young professional looking for there first rental.
