Annex with double bedroom and private bathroom

I am looking for an employed person to live in the attached annex of my detached family home. I am not looking for somebody who works from home.

Ground floor double bedroom with a King sized bed, TV, Wifi, use of large utility room with kitchen set up including a fridge, kettle and other basic cooking facilities/appliances. You will live independently from the main house and have access through the back door. Bills included.

Located in a quiet street in a lovely village with a great local pub and post office/shop.

Sunday evenings to Friday mornings preferably. However, I am open to negotiation.

Lodgers agreement with 1 weeks notice period.
Payment term: 4 weeks' in advance.
Deposit £150
