In quite neighborhood. Full use of kitchen and has bathroom next door to the bedroom. Must be tidy and clean up after themselves. Price include all bills, use of broadband, and have access to washing machine. Communal parking bays. Sharing with a current lodger who has been with me for nearly a year. Not fussed if male or female. I'm a very easy going landlord although I won't be living on the premisses. The picture doesn't show it but there are fitted wardrobes next too the small draw unit to the left of the bed.
