Double Room To Let In Lovely House

Hi I'm Rachel and I'm looking for someone to rent my spare room. Don't really have specific preferences but tidy, clean, chatty and friendly all a plus! The house is currently occupied by myself and my fiancee. I work in Lincoln and he commutes to Peterborough but his job means that he often works very long days.

I have a newly decorated room with large double wardrobes and lots of storage. The room was recently refurbished and has a new pine double bed.

Sky broadband included and there is parking available. Sky TV can be arranged at cost to the tenant (£10 per month)

I have two friendly cats that stay out most of the time and won't bother you.

If you would prefer a Monday to Friday let then that is also an option!
