Large double in St Catherines riverside house

Every room in this 100 year old house was modernised and extensively renovated only 6 years ago. It is a truly unique area in lincoln and I hope someone will enjoy living here with me.

I am looking for a professional person to rent my spare large double room. Preferably someone who will help me keep the place clean, is respectful of working hours and of a similar age. All applicants considered however!

I am 30 years old and have been living with others for years. I smoke outside. I expect the same of my housemate, if a smoker.

The house overlooks the beautiful river Witham in a quiet row of 4 terraced houses. My neighbors are friendly and summer evenings usually consist of BBQs and outside socialising.

All bills are included. A £300 deposit is necessary. In return you get wireless Internet access and a TV/monitor in the large double room. The room is fully furnished with a comfortable double bed, bedside tables, a cupboard and a wardrobe. There is a washing machine, dryer and a dishwasher, bosch oven, gas hobs and a downstairs loo as well as a shared bathroom upstairs with a powerful shower and bath.
