I am offering a furnished single room with double bed within a 4 bedroom house with a shared bathroom with 1 male (2 bathrooms in house). All bills plus WiFi included. There is another male living in the house with the en-suite room. Communal quarters include living room, dining room and kitchen, which are furnished. There are gardens front and back, and on street parking outside the house. Locked storage garage in back garden. Secluded, quiet location with house being the last one in the Close. The nearest bus route is 5 mins walk away, with buses running every 10 mins to Lincoln city centre, early morning to late evening. Good local amenities with shops, pubs etc only 10 mins walk away. This is a non smoking house although vape is ok. There is an outside covered space for smoking.
