Double room available

I have a furnished double room to rent.

The property is a spacious three-storey Victorian house overlooking the Arboretum, around 10 minutes walk from the city centre. .

The room is on the third-floor and immediately adjacent to the bathroom. It's a large but cosy room with a high sloping ceiling and a beautiful view of the Arboretum.

You will be sharing with me and my cat and two kittens. I have two daughters who stay with me at weekends and for longer periods during the school holidays.

Rent is inclusive of all bills, council tax, super-fast broadband, and a Netflix subscription.

Female is strongly preferred (at the request of my daughters!).
