House share

Furnished room available in shared house. All the rooms are quite spacious and really need to be viewed to appreciate their size.
Accommodation has communal lounge, and kitchen and one bathroom with walk in shower. It also has an enclosed well set rear garden and off street parking. Just had a new conservatory and new kitchen in the last 18 months.
Would suit professional person, no couples please. Non smokers preferred.
I am a live in landlady, I'm pretty quiet, but like meeting new people and have looked after many foreign students over the years. I also have a friendly dog.
The accommodation is very quiet, but is close to lots of local amenities, ie, takeaways, bus routes, local shops, GP and dentist.
All utility bills are included in the rent, including council tax, (bandA), wifi and broadband. Food and meals are not included, although this may be negotiable.
Am looking to let on a weekly basis, but would consider Mon-Fri lets as well. Look forward to hearing from you.
