This room has a large sofa bed that transforms into a big double bed. The room also counts with a double wardrobe which is very spacious.

As a potential housemate, we will like someone that shares a similar lifestyle to us, someone who is outgoing, well behaved and especially clean. We are looking for someone who makes use of the kitchen as minimal as possible as I run a food business from home and many times I would be using the kitchen. The current housemate respects this and utilises the kitchen at times when its not used or fits around my schedule and we would love to live with someone who understands this situation.
