Hello!
I have a spacious, comfortable double room available which would suit a student or a working person. I’m a live-in landlord and there is one other housemate. The room has a double bed, storage furniture, small sofa, desk, and chair. The room is on the ground floor but the house is in a no-through road so it is pretty quiet and undisturbed. For shared use there are two bathrooms, a kitchen, and a TV room. There is WiFi and the rent includes all bills plus council tax and TV licence. There’s a big garden which is more like an allotment as I like growing veg. I would love a new housemate who’s also into growing things or spending time gardening :) But not essential!
We would prefer a housemate who is vegan (the other housemate), vegetarian or who rarely eats meat / animal products (myself).
