I have a spacious, comfortable double room available which would suit a student or a working person. I’m a live-in landlord. The room is furnished with a double bed, storage furniture, small sofa, table, TV. The room is on the ground floor but the house is in a no-through road so it is very quiet and undisturbed. For shared use there are two bathrooms, a kitchen, a TV room. There is WiFi and all bills and council tax are included even the TV licence. I’m a keen gardener, there’s a big garden which is more like an allotment as I like growing veg.
