Spare single or 3/4 bed room.

A spare room in a house with one other. The room is big enough to fit a single or 3/4 bed. I already have a single bed in there if you need but nothing else.
I am a 31 year old single straight male, homeowner looking to rent out a room for some extra income and I get a bit bored on my own so someone to hang out with would be cool. I currently work from home, made one of the reception rooms my office. I’m pretty neat and tidy so you would have to be too. That’s a deal breaker. Normally I like to go socialize and have fun. I’m a pretty normal, friendly, easy going guy. Any questions just fire away.
