Single room in terraced house. Very relaxed young landlord, new bathroom being put in currently and bar being built in back garden after that! £150 deposit and payments in advance monthly. No real rules just tidy up after yourself we have a dishwasher so no leaving pots on the side please. You can have people over as long as on a school night they are gone by 10, or if they are boyfriend/girlfriend they can stay but be very quite.
Single room but you can get a double bed in there. Not sure whether I will have a bed or not but can be arranged if you don't have one, I have shelves but no wardrobe I can get a clothes rail for you if nesseccary.
