Perfect House Share for hospital

This house is nicer, closer and cheaper than any hospital accomodation similar. I'm a friendly 24 year looking for pleasant, employed people to rent a room in my house. I'd prefer to live with others and I'd like a relaxed social atmosphere and people with a sense of humour.

I have availability now, it might be worth swopping to get this room.

This is a nice house with a good kitchen and a bathroom between 2. It is a spacious 3 floored house with parking and beautiful views. Its 10 minutes from the city centre, 5 minutes to the hospital and 15-20 minutes walk to the university.

The shared amenities include the kitchen and boot room, a bathroom shared with one other person, a downstairs WC, with a big living room.

All bills, broadband, TV licence and council tax are included in the price.

There is a washer and tumble drier plus dishwasher and large fridge freezer in the kitchen to use and all rooms have good internet access.

Length of stay is negotiable.

The people in this house are young professionals, some of whom work late and also study. The house is calm and quiet.
