Spacious room in house with cool people

We have a spacious double room available in our house which would suit a working person or a mature / postgrad student. We would prefer a person who is vegan or vegetarian but it’s not essential.
The room is quite spacious and furnished. For shared use we have two bathrooms both with bath and shower, a kitchen, and a little TV room.
I’m a ‘live-in landlady’ - but I’m away quite a lot for my work. I like gardening, there’s a big garden where I like to grow veggies when I’m around.
