I’m looking for a clean and tidy lodger to share my 2 bedroom mid-terrace Lincoln working ‘bolt hole’. I work at the University of Lincoln and am looking for a similar mature professional. Monday to Friday renters welcome with a reduced rent.
The room has a double bed, an ensuite, small desk and wardrobe. The downstairs rooms are shared and there's a small south facing garden with seating, secure bike storage and friendly neighbours.
This recently refurbished property, is in walking distance of both universities, the hospital and only 10 mins walk from the Cathedral.. It's a quiet location, with Lincoln’s uphill amenities nearby, and free on road parking.
