Furnished / unfurnished double room in a 3 bedroom house for rent.

Rent will include all bills (including council tax) and you will have access to a washing machine and tumble dryer. The house has fibre broadband and a TV licence included, and there is a living room with a TV you can use.

Current housemates are two women and we're looking for another woman to join our friendly household. We are sociable, but understand respecting personal space and being a considerate housemate.

There are also three cats living here so we cannot consider any more pets unfortunately, but they are also sociable, if not as understanding of personal space.
