Spacious Attic Room Available!

AVAILABLE NOW! This is a spacious, light attic room. There's built in hanging space, desk, draws and double bed provided for an easy move in. We're in an awesome locations - a close walk into town/uni and an even shorter walk to Lincoln College. We're also just over the road from the beautiful Arboretum and the Co-op. There always plenty of free on-street parking outside the house, so parking is not an issue. We have one bathroom, a kitchen/lounge and a frontroom/snug lounge. There is also outside space out the back. You would be sharing the house with myself and another girl. We both work weekday 9-5 jobs and enjoy having a pint together at the weekends. We're looking for someone who is sociable, tidy and good at house-plant care.
