I’m a 29 years old professional Male, living alone. Looking for one lodger.

Small double available in large suburban - countryside house. House has four bedrooms, but I only intend to have one lodger. Located in ‘Small Cherry’, an area just before the main village.
Includes all bills - water, gas, electric, internet.

Furnishings include: Bed, bedside drawers x2, chest of drawers and built-in wardrobe. If required, the room may also be rearranged to fit a desk.

Virgin media 200mb+ broadband included.

House has two living rooms, large kitchen, utility, dining room, large downstairs bathroom (i also have an en-suite) and large south-facing garden. Pond is currently built in the garden so messier than normal, but still plenty of room to relax, bbq etc.

On-road parking only, but street is quiet.

Driving distance to:

- Lincoln Central (train station): 10 mins
- Lincoln County Hospital: 6 mins
- University of Lincoln: 10 mins
- Bishop Grosseteste (BG) University: 7 mins
- Lincoln Cathedral / Bail: 10 mins
- Cherry Willingham Forum (local shops, pub and takeaways): 4 mins
- Carlton Centre and surrounding area (shops, supermarkets, gym, takeaways): 5 mins

Bus stop also less than a 5-minute walk.

Advertised as ‘with pets’ but I only have fish currently.

Will also consider Monday-Friday let, with price reduction associated with this.
