Double Bedroom Available

I have a spare double bedroom available in my property, where I live as a single mother. My children reside with their father but occasionally stay over. Downstairs, there's currently a second shower room in progress, with a fully functional bathroom on the first floor. I have a friendly pet cat, so I prefer not to have other animals in the house. Smoking is allowed outside only.

I'm open to someone sociable or someone who prefers to keep to themselves. The double bedroom grants access to the kitchen, bathroom, living room, and basement storage. Additionally, there's a beautifully renovated garden at the rear of the property. WiFi is included, but I would appreciate a contribution towards gas and electricity.

The available double bedroom comes furnished with a double bed, mattress, single wardrobe, and chest of drawers. I'm happy to arrange viewings. While the living room is furnished, I haven't updated the photos yet, but it will be shown during viewings.
