An en-suite room is available in a house of 6. It is located on Gresham Street, just off Carholm Road. With a view of the cathedral from the bedroom window.

For £130 a week, all bills and broadband are included.

The property comes with full furnishing - 3/4 bed, wardrobe, set of drawers, desk, desk chair. The en-suite has a shower and toilet. The other tenants are all male. There will be 3 third years and 2 second years. 2 studying psychology, and the rest in law, film and business marketing.

The property allows non-students, but recent graduates are preferred. Council tax band is A but because of student residents, there is a 25% discount on the tax. Because it is in my best interest to sell quickly, I am willing to pay a signing bonus of the first months rent.
