Part furnished room to rent

Hello. I have a room to rent in my 2-bed house (I am a current tenant). I am looking for someone who is friendly but happy to mostly keep themselves to themselves as I am doing a doctorate whilst working full time. The room I am renting is currently my study hence the pictures have that, but I will move that out. I do have a chest of drawers and bedside table you can use, and can look at sourcing a bed if you need. Downstairs is fully furnished as you can see, and all bills are included in the rent, with appropriate use (including internet). I do have a partner who stays a couple of nights a week so you would have to be okay with that :) I do enjoy just chilling out on the sofa watching a movie, as well as going out for walks etc. happy to have someone who could be a friend but as I said, I do need someone who isn’t super loud and is happy to chill by themselves. Also, someone who is tidy and clean! Property can facilitate parking out the back. It is on Burton Road so is just round the corner from the castle etc. looking to trial renting to begin with, so maximum 6 months, with view to extend if all goes well. (Would need to consider how to split council tax, as I don’t currently pay for it as I am a student)
