Train and bus stops are minutes away. If you prefer walking the high street is only 1 min away and it will take 12 mins to walk to the university. There are plenty of supermarkets, shops and restaurants etc with no more than 5 mins walking.

I am a live out landlord and I am looking for tenants who are clean students or working professionals to share with others.

All rooms are newly decorated and furnished. You will have your own lock and key for your room.

This is a spacious house with a private garden and free on street parking. Also there is a shed for bike storage.

In the kitchen there are washing machine, induction hob, fridge freezer, microwave, kettle and more.
