These single rooms have an en-suite and are available for students only!

Within the shared space, there are currently 4 female students who will be sharing.

You'll share a kitchen/dining area with these 4 other students while enjoying the privacy of your own room.

The rooms consist of a single bed, en-suite bathroom, study desk and chair, chest of drawers and plenty of space for your storage.

The kitchen/dining area comes complete with a 4 ring ceramic hob, single oven, fridge-freezer and dining table.

The accommodation is based in an ideal location. It's a 2 minute walk to the City centre and the main campus (University of Lincoln) is an 8 minute walk away.

At Park Court, you'll have access to many amenities such as:

The maximum stay is 46 weeks between the dates of the 8th of September and the 27th of July 2024/2025. Not suitable for couples.

The accomodation costs £101 a week, which is currently cheaper than those advertised on the yugo accomodation site.

There is a £100 deposit this is not actually a security deposit it’s an advanced rent payment.
