This ad is for the top floor of a three storey townhouse with king size bed. The staircase opens out in to the room (door at bottom of the stairs) and there is an attached en-suite with shower.

The only other resident will be me, the home owner (and my cat Pip!)

Bills/utilities are included in the price.

The property is in central Lincoln with a 3 minute walk to the St Marks area and less than ten minutes walk to the train station and Cornhill Quarter. 9 minutes walk to the Lincoln University Library.

I work from home most of the time so generally keep 9-5 office hours but am sometimes away on travel. Looking for a like minded housemate who ideally loves cats as Pip loves a fuss!
