Due to unfortunate circumstances, I am looking for someone to take over the contract for a fabulous apartment at Iconic Gravity, Lincoln for the 24/25 academic year, available September 1st.

The Elegance apartment comes fully equipped and is an ideal space for both studying and relaxing. This en-suite apartment is complete with kitchenette, king size bed, large flat screen TV, table and chairs, desk, 2 seater sofa, and lots of storage, It is on the third floor with castle views.

The rent is £268 per week. Couples welcome at additional fee.
