Looking for someone to take over the tenancy on my furnished flat, tenancy until 26th August 2025. £230 rent per week and bills are included. Can be taken over by students or working professionals, and can be single or a couple that take over. A 20 minute walk to the university or a couple minutes on the bus with bus stops right outside the flat. Parking available on the road outside but also the option to park on the gated garden space outside the flat also. Whole flat available.
