Living room with a very large sofa and 40 inch 4k TV. Kitchen with plenty of cupboard space and all the usual appliances. Bright conservatory with dining table. Shared bathroom with sunken bath. Small south facing garden that is nice to sit outside and catch the sun.

Current Household
Me(Ben): I'm friendly and easy going, I work as a software developer and work from home, but I am fully remote and plan to travel so will be away fairly often.
Enya: Lodger in bedroom 1, works as a trainee art teacher. Very personable and easy to get along with.
Doddy: 7 month old kitten.

Parking
Can get a parking permit from the council for the front street. If you cycle there is room in the conservatory for a bicycle.
