Tenancy Takeover Needed - Short-Term

Looking for someone to take over my tenancy starting on 15th January 2025. The initial duration is one month, with the option to extend it to six additional months.

The room is spacious, with a big window overlooking the street, lots of drawers and a large wardrobe. The accommodation is a room in a 6-person house, shared with friendly lovely girls. The tenancy is already secured from 16th August 2024 onwards, making it an excellent option for short-term stays or students beginning their studies in January 2025.
