Quality comfort in a quiet house.

I have a spare room available at the top end of Lincoln. The bedroom has carpets, curtains, a ceiling light & lamp, double bed, desk, draws, an airing cupboard for extra storage space, mini fridge, kettle & a smart tv.

The bathroom, is next door to the bedroom upstairs, with a toilet, sink, bath & shower. There is also a toilet & sink downstairs.

There is a fridge/freezer, gas cooker, washing machine, toaster, kettle & microwave in the kitchen downstairs.

2 seat sofa, recliner arm chair, swivel chair & TV in the lounge downstairs.

There is a drive at the front of the property, a bus stop less than a minute’s walk from the property, with buses running every 20 minutes.

The area is quiet, the internet is fast & reliable, the house is also very warm.

The rent is £120 a week, I’m asking for a month’s rent to be paid in advance, after that I’ll be happy to take the rent weekly, fortnightly or monthly. We will agree on contract terms & then both sign.

I’m a laid back, caring person, who lives alone in a two bedroom house, with 3 dogs, all 3 are very friendly & love attention. I keep the house clean & smelling fresh.
I used to work in care with challenging behaviours, however I’ve taken time off to care for my mum.
I’m looking for a lodger to help with the cost of living, that is not scared of dogs & has an upbeat positive attitude, if this is you, please let me know.
