I have 1 double medium room available in a professional houseshare in a terraced house , with 2 existing housemates (ages approx. 21-40).

All bills are included; utilities, broadband, Council Tax, water and TV Licence. There is a washing machine and storage in the garden.

Rent is circa £101 pw for a medium double. Minimum term 6 months. Council tax band is band A but landlord pays the Council Tax. EPC rating is D.

The room is fully furnished, with a double bed and mattress, chest of drawers, wardrobe and TV point. Desk and chair can be provided if required. Also fridge can be provided.
There is a shared fridge freezer in the kitchen.

There is a cleaner who comes every 2 weeks to clean all areas except for bedrooms, which you would be responsible for cleaning.

There is a large secluded rear garden. Smokers ok but outside only.

Broadband is included and is served by Virgin 250mps service.

Pro-active landlord. Either a guarantor with £75 deposit or deposit same as rent lodged with DPS.

1 person only for room but occasional guests allowed.
