Due to leaving university, I have a spare room going at 5 Turner street in Lincoln. This double bedroom has its own bathroom, and a parking space. You’d be sharing with two 2nd year university students who as their friend I can tell you, are clean, respectful, and incredibly kind.

All bills and WiFi are included in the rent for this property as well as free Netflix. The rent is £130 a week.

The property is within a 15 minute walk to the university, and is even closer to the city centre. The property also has a modern kitchen, comfortable living room and shed and garden for tenant use too.
