2 large double bedrooms available in a lovely Lincoln home. Bills included.

This has been my home for almost 5 years and I am looking for one or two lodgers to move in along with another current lodger who has been here for a year. The house is lovely with lots of shared space (2 toilets, large kitchen, lounge and dining room). There is a nice garden with patio area that leads out to the West Common.

Hewson Road location, just 15 mins walk into town and to the Uni.

The 2 double bedrooms that are available are large, one with a double wardrobe built-in. Can be arranged to be furnished or unfurnished - happy to discuss to suit you.

I am male, 30 years old and spend time between Bristol and Lincoln. The other lodger is male, an artist and secondary school teacher in his 50s. We like to chat and occasionally cook or watch a film together, but are also happy to be in our own space, and mostly we want nice, friendly people who are going to continue the spirit of this being our home.
