Large double bedroom available in a shared house

There are currently 3 women studying at the university of lincoln living here studying biochemistry, forensics and education. Looking for someone new to join the house, nights are usually spent together in the living room playing games or watching tv so great for making new friends.

The house itself hosts two bathrooms plus an extra toilet downstairs, a nice well kept garden with a patio which is great for bbqs or doing work outside. Parking is available with the purchase of a permit for the street. Lots of shops and local pubs nearby also located just round the corner from the cathedral. I have provided two pictures of the bedroom as the one listed in the official add is with the old furniture. As seen in the image the bedroom also comes with a vanity sink.
