Studio Flat in Central Lincoln

I am looking for someone to take over my contract for a studio flat in central Lincoln. This flat is all bills included, comes fully furnished and has car parking free. It is suitable for students or working professionals. I have lived here for a year and had no problems. There is also a kitchen externally to the room, which they state is a communal kitchen, however only myself has been using it all year, meaning i have not actually needed to cook in the kitchen in the studio. I have already paid the deposit so you will have no deposit to pay.
