Large attic room to rent in Lincoln's West End

I am seeking a lodger for my upstairs en-suite attic room. It has a double bed, its own loo and shower room, small wardrobe and cupboards and a small snug area with sofa and TV. The room has sloping ceilings and velux windows.

For cooking, the tenant would share my kitchen space on the ground floor for cooking and eating (eating in the room is fine). The tenant can also make use of the small patio garden at the back of the house if they want.

The tenant can use the washing machine also and dry clothes on hangers in the house or in the garden whichever is preferred.

The room would suit people studying here in Lincoln or people who need to be in Lincoln for work most days and who need a fairly permanent place for that purpose but live elsewhere.

I have a springer spaniel called Taffy hence I have said no dogs but would consider on an individual basis.

My adult son visits and I work from home so will be around much of the time except when travelling.
