Rooms to Rent – Comfortable Home Near Hospital

Two furnished rooms are available in a clean, comfortable home just a few minutes’ walk from the hospital and next to the beautiful Arboretum park, making it ideal for healthcare workers and other professionals. I am a doctor working at the hospital and live in the property.

There is one large double room and one smaller room, both furnished with double beds.

The house has a shared living room and dining room, as well as three bathrooms. I have a private ensuite, so each tenant can have their own bathroom. All bathrooms include a toilet, shower and sink, with one having been recently renovated to a high standard.

There is a fully equipped kitchen with all the usual appliances and amenities. The terrace garden is currently being improved, and I am happy for tenants to contribute ideas for the garden and other shared areas of the house.

There is also loft and basement space available for storage.

I am looking for respectful, clean and tidy tenants who will treat the property as their home and feel comfortable living here.
