I'm looking to transfer my tenancy at Danesgate House (Grantham Street, Lincoln, LN2 1BA) — the largest studio type in the building.


Room: Gold Studio 33 (~20m²)
3rd floor — the only other studio this size is on the ground floor, so this is the sole elevated option of this size in the building
Two large windows, bright and spacious
Three-quarter bed

This room is located in the heart of Lincoln, right next to everything you'd ever need, shops, a 3 minute walk into the high street, a 10 minute walk to the university campus. Transport is incredible, as Lincoln has a bus service going to just about everywhere with stops all along the street and surrounding area.
Fixed term: 19 September 2026 – 11 September 2027

Rent is £189/week, matching my signed contract with Student Castle.

However I have already made the first of the three installments, equalling £3213. This would come off the overall cost of the rent, so the total cost to have this room would be £6,426, significantly cheaper than any studio you will find in Lincoln, and this is considered a premium room.

Bills included (water, and reasonable use of gas and electricity).

Council tax: Exempt — this is purpose-built student accommodation, occupied exclusively by full-time students.
